This internship is designed for students who want practical sports operations experience in a live match environment. Interns learn how to plan, execute, and evaluate event logistics while supporting the fan experience and operational standards of Firelands United.
Core Responsibilities
Support pre-match setup, post-match teardown, and field-side operational checklists
Assist with fan entry flow, signage setup, hospitality coordination, and venue readiness
Help coordinate volunteer assignments, radio/phone communication flow, and issue tracking
Contribute to post-match debrief notes and action items for the next event

Internship Track (10-12 Weeks)
